UK

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your order. Delivery prices vary based on size, weight, value and how badly you want to receive your lovely new purchases.

Should a package be returned to us due to non-delivery a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

EU

For the EU, shipping is a bit more and takes a bit longer unfortunately but it will be sent with a lot of love. There are some regional exceptions, have a look below -

Countries within the EU are Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Aland Islands), France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except Vatican City), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands) and Sweden.

EU customers will be liable for any import duties or other taxes, fees and charges that may arise in the country of receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you require any further information.

Should a package be returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal due to local fees and taxes a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately the cost for shipping decks further afield from the UK is VERY high so we don't offer international shipping as standard. However never say never. If you see something on our site that you can't possibly live without please get in touch and we can at the very least have a chat about it. We're all friends here.
